Dialogue with God by journaling each virtue and ask for an infilling of His avalanche of grace. Growing in the virtues is good for your soul. Resolve to let the Holy Spirit bear fruit in your life so that others may see Christ in you, as St. Paul said, "It is no longer I but Christ who lives in me" (Gal. 2:20). Annet experienced a healing in 1990. Suffering a limitation of her hands, she started praying a novena to the Holy Spirit. On the first three nights, the Holy Spirit visited her even as she was sleeping. The Holy Spirit healed Annet's hands by moving them in a synchronized fashion. He breathed His Spirit into her hands, so she worshipped Him.
