Building Patch Boxes: A Muzzle Loading Firearm Project for the Home Shop, Paperback

A step-by-step walk through of building three types of patch boxes for muzzle loading firearms from scratch, using only tools commonly found in a home workshop, and easily obtained materials. This book covers building a four-piece patch box, a captured lid patch box, and the smaller cap box. The building process is explained in detail, so that anyone can follow along and build a patch box of their own. Emphasis is placed on building an original, one-of-a-kind patch box and not on simply copying a pattern. The entire process, for each style of patch box, is covered in detail in the text and in full-color pictures.
