Aileen's view on PMP Exam Preparation

To learn to ride a bike, a person must ride a bike. To learn to pass the PMP(R) Exam, a person must practice with hundreds and hundreds of PMP(R) Exam Prep sample questions.

This book is the first book in our series of mini- books - PMP(R) Exam Preparation Simplified Series Over the last 16 years Aileen has helped over 10,000 project managers in her workshops obtain their PMP(R) credential. Often the participants in Aileen's workshops are successful project managers who may lack experience is specific topics on the PMP(R) Exam. The topics that participants seem to struggle with the most are:

• Earned value Management (EVM)
• Contract types and calculations(FPIF, CPIF, PTA, etc.)
• Network diagrams including float, free float, project float, leads and lags
• Financial based questions including IRR, ROI, etc.
• Statistical based questions

There is one thing all of these areas have in common and it is math.
