Parenting Is a Ministry, Paperback

Doing our best as a parent is not what God wants. He wants us to do His will. The fact is most Christian parents today did not have a godly example given to them by their own parents, leaving them ignorant and confused over God's will in raising children. God, knowing that this would occur, gave us all we need within His Word to instruct us. This book will help parents with practical tools in: Having a strong spiritual foundation. Working together (if married) as a team. Ways to meet our children's emotional needs without compromising our faith. How to disciple your children. How to instill characters such as personal responsibility and self-control. How to start over. Every Christian parent wants to do the right thing but parenting according to God's Word does not come naturally. One needs to be discipled either by parental example or by deliberate instruction. Being a parent is one of the most important tasks God has given us to do here on earth for Him. We must choose to rely upon His Word and His grace to accomplish this important undertaking.
