Speak Your Darkness, Paperback

SPEAK YOUR DARKNESS is the second poetry collection in the Emotions series by Kess Costales, a Filipino-Canadian author and poet. These pieces surround her personal experience with depression, anxiety, and social phobia. The first section, IN THE DARK, deals with the painful thoughts and feelings that rise up as a result of such mental illnesses/disorders. The second section, IN THE LIGHT, then looks at a place of recovery and healing, self-love and confidence, and the brightness and positivity as one realizes they are mentally in a better place.
