If you've made it into CRNA school or are considering applying, you probably know how difficult it will be getting from orientation day to graduation day. As a successful graduate of nurse anesthesia school, I will provide some insight into what it takes to go from a student to a CRNA. Some of these things I learned while I was in school, while others I picked up on after I started working as a nurse anesthetist. It was not an easy road for me, and it won't be for you either. But I hope you can learn from my mistakes and perhaps some of the bumps along the way will be a little smaller. The aim of this book is not to teach you anesthesia itself.
