The Little Purple Porcupine is a story about a mothers worry for her child. Every mother worries, but some worry is restrictive and hurtful. When a child is different a mothers worry can create barriers for her child. I want to show that just because a child is different, it doesn't mean they can't thrive in the world. If we let them. If we help them, they can do more than survive, then can thrive
