After becoming a young mother herself in 2000, Jennifer became adept at structured days, sleepless nights, and continued dedication to her child and her career. She has always worked in the male-dominated industry of banking, and rose to the top by being a skilled leader, mentor, and strong leader. She specializes in building teams and creating tomorrow's leaders in the financial industry. Jennifer has sat on numerous boards, won multiple awards for leadership, and continues to give back by volunteering for many non-profits. A Tampa native, Jennifer has had to learn to pivot multiple times in her career.
